Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of building automation projects. You will plan scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate design, installation and commissioning, and drive integration with HVAC, lighting, security and electrical systems.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management within construction or building services, strong knowledge of BMS platforms, and PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Experience with mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning and integration with other systems.
• Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers; lead meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST; manage project closeout and handover to operations.
• Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting and change orders.
