Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota seeks an experienced Operator in Bindery for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm). You will supervise crew, train temps, and drive continuous improvements in binding and finishing lines.

Key responsibilities include leading a production team, ensuring quality, and coordinating with shifts to resolve issues. The role offers shift differentials, a sign-on bonus, and a strong benefits package, with an emphasis on Lean and process optimization.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent communication across shifts and departments.
• Proven track record as a trainer and team lead.
• Ability to operate multiple bindery equipment stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, direction, and training to crew to optimize performance.
• Ensure lines run smoothly and produce quality products.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks to drive improvements.
• Train temps and staff from other areas to support workload.
• Motivate team and foster a collaborative environment.
