Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our verticals, including Credit Cards and Marketplace. You will work with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-driven decisions.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, coaching teams to adopt standardized dashboards and self-service analytics, while advancing LookML and BI tooling in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured, complex data.
• Ownership of reporting; drives adoption and data literacy.
• Performance marketing optimization experience.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent (Power BI/Tableau).
• Curiosity and business depth; analytical partner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and perform retrospective analyses.
• Ensure reports are used and understood; avoid dashboards that are not adopted.
• Develop standardized data pipelines and LookML changes with downstream impact awareness.
