Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will join the team day one and work closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.

You will drive end‑to‑end reporting, connect messy data sources to actionable insights, and evolve our LookML models and dashboards to be used across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in BI or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
• Ability to handle messy, complex, third‑party data and derive insights.
• Collaborates with business teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Expert SQL and LookML development with strong data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking and Marketplace verticals.
• Embed with the business from day one and partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on across the organization.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality and CAC.
• Develop scalable LookML models and dashboards to support multiple teams.
