Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a growth path into proactive analytical partnership.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are actively used to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Owned reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard, with messy data.
• Partnered closely with business teams to uncover meaningful trends.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
• Strong data storytelling and analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Ensure dashboards are used and understood, not just built.
• Develop LookML structures and standardize data sources.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
