Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights drive action across experiments, creatives, offers,

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from unstructured data
• Strong ownership of reporting; drive standardization and data literacy
• Performance marketing optimization linking data to levers like campaign performance and CAC
• Advanced LookML Development (or Power BI/Tableau equivalent) with downstream impact awareness
• Curiosity and business depth; become trusted analytical partner beyond a builder

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals including Credit Cards and Banking
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and retrospective analyses
• Ensure dashboards are actively used, understood, and acted on rather than handed off
• Develop standardized data sources and thoughtful LookML changes with awareness of downstream effects
