Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover insights and drive data-driven decisions from day one.

The role requires 7+ years in BI/analytics, expertise in SQL, and advanced LookML (or Power BI/Tableau equivalents).

• Optimizes performance marketing data; links data to business levers.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on; avoid simply handing off.
• Develop a roadmap to standardize reporting and data sources.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
