Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-driven decisions.

This role requires a hands-on leader who cares deeply about how data is used, with strong LookML, SQL, and BI tooling skills,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning end-to-end reporting, from data ingestion to dashboards.
• Ability to work with messy, complex third-party data and partner with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and perform retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just built.
