Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You will work embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights drive action. This role is for someone who cares about adoption and impact, not just dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with exposure to performance/affiliate marketing.
• Owned reporting end-to-end from data to dashboard delivery.
• Worked with messy, third-party data and cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on by stakeholders.
• Develop standardized dashboards and LookML structures.
• Convert business needs into analytics strategies and actions.
