Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own and optimize the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You will embed with business teams from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are acted on. This role emphasizes ownership, standardization, and business impact.

Competenze

• Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from unstructured data
• Demonstrated ownership of reporting, standards, and adoption
• Ability to connect data to marketing/performance levers
• Strong LookML or BI modeling capabilities (Power BI/Tableau)
• Curiosity to understand business impact and become analytical partner
