Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, run retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are acted on by the team. Strong SQL and LookML (or Power BI/Tableau) skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in BI or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Owned reporting end-to-end—from pipeline to dashboard.
• Worked with messy, complex, third-party data and partnered with business teams to uncover meaningful trends.
