Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Own reporting end-to-end from data pipeline to dashboard.
• Experience with messy, complex third-party data.
• Partner with business teams to uncover meaningful trends and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses across experiments.
• Ensure the work you build is used, understood, and acted on, not just dashboards handed off.
