Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead troubleshooting and root-cause analyses for battery energy storage systems. You will translate complex failures into actionable reliability improvements, support field teams with on-site assessments, and coordinate data reporting on availability, SOC, and cycling.

Travel up to 25% across Texas and other regions is required. Responsibilities include collaborating with performance engineers, reviewing interconnection requirements, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. Master's preferred or PhD.

Mansioni

• Lead troubleshooting and investigations into BESS faults using data to minimize downtime and safety risks.
• Perform root cause analyses of electrical, thermal, and control-system failures.
• Travel to operating sites to support field troubleshooting and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate BESS data collection for availability, SOC, cycling, and performance.
• Collaborate with performance engineers to identify trends and upgrade hardware/software.
• Monitor warranties and manage OEM contractual requirements.
• Engage with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex issues and evaluate innovations.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, and interconnection requirements.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.
