Intersect is seeking an experienced BESS Operations Engineer to own the performance, safety, and reliability of our utility-scale battery energy storage fleet. You will analyze operational data, lead RCA on faults, and partner with field teams and OEMs to minimize downtime.

You will track metrics like availability, SOC, cycling, and ramp rates, documenting lessons learned and guiding fleet-wide upgrades. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering mandatory; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in utility-scale power generation or storage.
• Deep familiarity with BESS architectures and OEM impact on operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead troubleshooting, reliability, and RCA for BESS assets.
• Optimize fleet performance with data collection and analytics.
• Manage OEM relationships and warranties across the fleet.
• Drive standards and continuous improvement in design drawings and procedures.
