Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Lead Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Services Technician to head complex electrical and mechanical projects across the United States. You will lead field teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient execution on mission-critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience directing crews (5–40+ technicians).
• Six+ years electrical proficiency with medium to high voltage systems.
• Experience with utility-scale BESS, critical electrical infrastructure, data centers, and UPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 5–40+ technicians.
• Supervise subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Plan daily activities and project execution.
• Manage customer expectations and field communications.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain a strong safety culture.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
