Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead worker responsibilities and staff training

• Understand civil and Circuit Court procedures and essential case management
• Counsel individuals about barriers to employment and available resources

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead worker and assist supervisor by conducting program training for staff
• Provide guidance on policy and procedure questions and complex-case consultation
• Prepare case records and reports
• Work on the most complex and sensitive eligibility cases
• Ensure timely determination of eligibility for individuals and families
• Collect and compile statistics from caseloads
• Train other eligibility workers and coordinate orientation for new staff and clients
• Collaborate with community partners to meet clients' assessed needs
