Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Autism Center of Excellence, seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program in Princeton, NJ. You will lead clinical services, supervise teams, and ensure fidelity of ABA programming while guiding program growth in a center-based after-school setting.

The role combines clinical leadership with ongoing staff development, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across clinical, development, and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services, if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory, leadership, or quality-focused experience.
• Experience providing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback in a social skills group setting.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records; CentralReach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Train and supervise BTs and RBTs on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and stakeholders.
• Ensure ABA practices align with BACB guidelines and organizational policies.
• Lead supervision and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Collaborate with program staff on operations and expansion.
