Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program, balancing center-based daytime caseload with clinical leadership. You will supervise staff, ensure fidelity of ABA services, coach clinicians, and oversee program quality and growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and operational leadership, supporting participant placement, and delivering CEU training for BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA in good standing.
• LBA license in state, if applicable.
• BACB-approved supervision training completed.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in social skills groups.
• Experience with EHRs, preferably CentralReach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBA and skills assessments to identify targets.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and staff on interventions.
• Review and analyze clinical data to guide decisions.
• Provide ongoing training to families and caregivers.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB guidelines.
