Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, based in Clifton, NJ, seeks a Lead BCBA for our Social Connections Program, an on-site after-school ABA initiative. You will lead clinical operations while maintaining a daytime caseload, with a schedule from 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. EST and a 20-hour weekly billable target.

You’ll supervise BCBA staff, guide data-driven decisions, oversee treatment fidelity, and partner with families and leadership to advance program quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership/quality-focused experience
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a social skills group setting
• Experience with Electronic Health Records; CentralReach preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity aligned with organizational expectations
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers
• Review and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and improve outcomes
• Develop and deliver CEU training for BCBAs
