Children’s Specialized ABA in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program. You will lead the clinical team, oversee program fidelity, and maintain a daytime center-based caseload while shaping social learning opportunities for school-aged learners. The role combines clinical leadership with staff development, data-driven practice, and collaboration with operations.

Expect a 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA/psychology or related field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• Minimum 3+ years BCBA supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff (BTs, RBTs) and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversee program fidelity.
• Supervise BTs and RBTs; coach and provide performance feedback.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and participant placement.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership.
• Develop CEU training for BCBAs.
• Manage program operations and quality improvement.
