Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA to serve as the primary clinical leader for the after-school Social Connections Program while maintaining a center-based daytime caseload.

You will supervise staff, ensure fidelity of ABA programming, and drive program quality with clinical oversight across the center in collaboration with operations and clinical leadership. This on-site role at our Princeton, NJ location requires strong supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services, if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervision, coaching, and performance feedback in a social skills group setting.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records; CentralReach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Review and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and stakeholders in behavioral strategies.
• Provide treatment per BACB guidelines and company standards.
• Serve as the primary clinical leader ensuring fidelity of ABA programming.
• Oversee program operations, staffing, and participant placement.
• Lead clinical meetings and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with Intake, HR, and leadership on staffing decisions.
