Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program in Jackson, NJ. The role blends clinical leadership with a center-based daytime caseload, guiding treatment fidelity and staff development.

You will oversee direct BCBA services, supervise BTs and RBTs, coordinate with clinical and operations leadership, and drive program quality and sustainability. Strong supervision and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field required.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• LBA licensure in the state of services if applicable.
• Experience supervising clinical staff required.
• Experience with social skills groups and ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct clinical service delivery and ensure billable activity.
• Provide supervision to BTs, RBTs, and team members on interventions.
• Review data and guide treatment decisions to improve outcomes.
• Deliver training and support to families and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and organizational policies.
• Lead fidelity across the Social Connections Program and supervise staff.
• Develop CEU training for BCBAs to maintain certification.
• Participate in program operations and staffing decisions.
