Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program at our North Brunswick, NJ center. This role combines clinical leadership with daytime direct service and ongoing staff development, guiding ABA programming and supervision of a growing team.

You will mentor BCBAs and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality ABA services, fidelity to standards, and collaboration with program and operations leadership to support growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the service state is preferred.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a social skills/ABA setting.
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably CentralReach, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity per organizational standards.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments to identify targets.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and staff on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB guidelines and organizational policies.
