Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program in North Brunswick, NJ. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee after-school ABA services, and supervise staff while maintaining a daytime caseload.

The role requires a BCBA in good standing, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience in supervisory leadership within social skills groups. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services, if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• Minimum of 3+ years BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in social skills groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other staff on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
