Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Lead BCBA for our Social Connections Program. You will provide clinical leadership while maintaining a daytime caseload in a center-based after-school ABA program for school-aged learners.

The role includes coaching staff, ensuring treatment fidelity, supervising BCBAs and technicians, and collaborating with clinical, program development, and operations teams. Schedule is 10:45 a.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA credential in good standing and licensure where applicable.
• BACB-approved supervision training completed.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic health records; CentralReach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data regularly to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
• Lead clinical operations and fidelity of ABA programming.
• Support participant placement and group cohesion for social skills groups.
• Develop and implement clinical policies aligning best practices with operations.
• Oversee onboarding, performance feedback, and staff development.
• Manage staffing and caseload planning; coordinate with HR on hires.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

BCBA certification

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

BACB-approved supervision training
