Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, based in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Lead BCBA for its after-school Social Connections Program. You will provide clinical leadership with a daytime caseload and oversee staff development, quality assurance, and program growth.

The role requires BCBA certification, supervisory experience, and a master’s degree in ABA or related field. Work hours are 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. with a 20-hour weekly billable caseload and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the applicable state.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• Experience supervising BCBA/BT staff in a social skills setting.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify goals.
• Train and supervise BTs and RBTs on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide decisions and outcomes.
• Provide training to families and caregivers on strategies.
• Ensure practices align with BACB guidelines and company policies.
• Lead clinical leadership for the Social Connections Program.
• Ensure evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinical operations, staffing, and priorities.
• Support participant placement and group composition.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Lead CEU training for BCBAs.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance of clinical staff.
• Conduct semiannual evaluations and monitor KPIs.
• Lead clinical meetings and foster collaboration.
• Serve as supervisor for BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and program operations.
• Monitor program quality and learner outcomes.
• Support CQI and program expansion efforts.
• Complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
