Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA to head the Social Connections Program in Greensboro, NC. You will maintain center-based daytime caseloads and provide clinical leadership during after-school hours, from 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. EST, while supervising staff and ensuring fidelity of ABA services.

You will oversee assessments, training, data-driven decisions, and program development, with a focus on social learning, communication, and regulation for school-aged learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing; LBA licensure if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership/quality work.
• At least 1 year supervising, coaching, and giving feedback to clinical staff in a social skills group setting.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records; CentralReach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity per organizational standards.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and others on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data regularly to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide training and support to families and stakeholders in behavioral strategies.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and organizational policies.
