Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Findlay, OH seeks a BCBA to provide ABA services to children with autism and lead RBT supervision in a compliant, patient-centered program.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA credential, Ohio license, and active BACB adherence. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to maximize progress. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification and Ohio license in good standing.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or PEAK assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavioral and skills (re)assessments as required.
• Develops behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans.
• Completes FBAs, FAs, and/or (re)evaluation reports.
• Provides training and supervision to RBTs.
• Tracks supervision hours to meet BACB requirements.
• Collaborates with families on progress and treatment plans.
