Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Findlay, OH is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our ABA team. This role blends remote work with in-person client and staff interactions, offering flexibility while maintaining essential clinical oversight.

You will conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure BACB requirements are met. Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification and board credentialing.
• Ohio state license for practicing as a BCBA in good standing.
• Meets BACB requirements.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavior assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Develops and updates behavior intervention plans.
• Completes FBAs and functional analyses.
• Provides training and supervision to RBTs.
• Maintains BACB supervision hours and requirements.
• Collaborates with families and reviews progress with caregivers.
