Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Van Wert, OH seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification and Ohio license in good standing.
• Meets BACB requirements and maintains credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conducts skill assessments and functional analyses as required.
• Develops and revises behavior intervention plans and treatment plans.
• Completes FBAs, FAs, and reevaluation reports.
• Provides ABA services to clients and families.
• Trains and supervises RBTs and tracks supervision hours.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains ethics.
