Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Lima, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services within our ABA team. The role combines remote work flexibility with in-person client and staff interactions.

You will develop and revise behavior intervention plans, complete FBAs/FA, supervise RBTs, and ensure BACB supervision requirements. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification maintained in good standing.
• Ohio BCBA license required for practice.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavioral and skills reassessments as required by funding sources.
• Develops behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans.
• Completes FBAs, FAs, and reevaluation reports.
• Provides training and supervision to RBTs.
• Tracks supervision hours to meet BACB requirements.
• Engages families/caregivers with progress reviews and trainings.
