Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Kentucky seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children with autism and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and caregiver training.

The BCBA will develop and revise behavior intervention plans, ensure data-driven progress, and collaborate with families while upholding HIPAA and BACB ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA in good standing.
• Holds and maintains applicable Ohio state-level license for practicing as a BCBA.
• Meets and maintains BACB requirements.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS and PEAK assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provides program services and/or oversight for patients.
• Develops behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans.
• Completes FBAs, FAs, and/or (re)evaluation reports.
• Performs ABA services to patients and families.
• Provides training and supervision to RBTs.
• Monitors RBT supervision hours to meet BACB requirements.
• Builds positive family/caregiver relationships during treatment.
• Delivers monthly parent training.
