Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programming across our Ohio centers. The role focuses on outcomes, staff development, and ethical, data-driven therapy for children with autism.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay based on qualifications, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and disability coverage. No travel required.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and current licensure where applicable.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising staff.
• Excellent documentation and data collection skills.
• Ability to train and supervise teams including RBTs and students.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment of 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and properly documented.
• Oversee center and community-based ABA program implementations.
• Design and monitor Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Stay updated on ABA research and best practices.
• Represent Bierman Autism Centers in the community and with stakeholders.
