Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our center-based team in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy to children with autism, supervising staff, and advancing treatment plans with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required with licensure in practicing states where applicable.
Experience supervising BCBAs or RBTs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong data collection and analysis skills to guide programming.

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
Achieve 25 billable hours per week across caseloads.
Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
Maintain relationships with parents of current clients with monthly trainings.
Ensure ethical, individualized programming and supervise therapy program implementation.
Oversee programming in center-based and community settings and supervise staff.
