Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA in good standing.
• Current Ohio state license to practice as a BCBA.
• Meets BACB requirements.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK; FBA/FA; data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources.
• Develops and revises behavior intervention plans and treatment plans.
• Performs FBAs, FAs, and reevaluation reports for patients.
• Provides training and supervision to RBTs and monitors BACB supervision hours.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and collaborates with families for progress.
