Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team in Ohio. This role offers either full-time or part-time hours with a focus on transforming lives of children with autism through natural-play-based ABA therapy and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and licensure in practicing states must be current.
• Experience in early intervention and ABA with children who have autism is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with families, therapists, and clinical directors is essential.
• Proficiency with data collection and treatment plan updates is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals and clinical targets as directed.
• Maintain an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct caregiver training and parent collaboration sessions monthly per client.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs across center and community settings and supervise RBTs.
