Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program. The role combines clinical leadership with a center-based daytime caseload, overseeing staff development, quality assurance, and implementation support. You’ll collaborate with clinical, program development, and operational leadership to sustain growth and service quality.

The position requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and supervision experience. Hours are 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA credential in good standing and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in social skills settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and supervise staff.
• Lead program oversight, fidelity, and clinical policies.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Support families with behavioral strategies and data review.
• Ensure adherence to BACB guidelines and state regulations.
