Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with their needs throughout the store.
• Check orders for the day and set up a production schedule; prioritize special orders.
• Prepare, bake, and fry department products; pull items from freezer or cooler.
• Review product freshness and stock for upcoming days; plan ahead.
• Inspect incoming products for quality, quantity, and mispicks.
• Invoice and store product as directed by the Bakery Manager.
• Ensure correct labels on ad items and monitor safety in the department.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment; report issues as needed.
• Lead bakery clerks, provide guidance and direction.
• Re-merchandise shelf as needed and manage outdated products.
