Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with the department manager, and maintaining sanitation and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior bakery or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist their needs throughout the store.
• Plan daily production and schedule, prioritizing special orders.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and retrieve items from freezer or cooler.
• Check freshness, quality, and dates; pull for future days.
• Lead bakery clerks and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and safe operation of bakery equipment.
