Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, fry and assemble bakery items to spec.
• Lead and guide bakery clerks, ensuring department standards.
• Check orders, production timeline, and freshness of products.
• Maintain sanitation and proper labeling, safety and signage.
• Schedule coverage in the Bakery Department and assist customers.
• Order supplies and assist with merchandise and display.
