Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; department training helpful.
• Over six months up to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with their bakery needs.
• Set up production schedule and prioritize special orders.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and pull products from freezer or cooler.
• Inspect products for freshness and quality; manage inventory.
• Lead bakery clerks and provide guidance.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep area clean and safe.
