Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hotel and convention settings. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure safety and security of equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout events.

The role requires 2–3+ years of AV experience and a background in hospitality or customer service, with a valid driver’s license for site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain safety and security of equipment and prevent theft or damage.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships on-site.
