Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup and operation of AV systems in hospitality venues. You will ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with onsite teams, managers, and vendors.

The role requires 2–3+ years in audio-visual service and hospitality, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site position at hotel/conference sites involves lifting and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and strive to exceed client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coaching role for other Technicians; maintain client relationships on site.
• Collaborate with hotel/client teams and vendors for equipment and invoices.
