Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure compliance with company security and safety measures.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors for equipment and invoicing.
• Record equipment usage and complete paperwork accurately.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work across hotel venues.
