Qualifications

5+ years of experience testing software applications across system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases that align test execution to mission outcomes.
Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing system performance against requirements.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders and leadership.
Recommend improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.
