Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a seasoned test-automation leader to manage a team delivering system and performance tests, with strong emphasis on automation using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager. Translate complex requirements into test objectives and ensure alignment with mission outcomes in a regulated government environment.

You will own the test strategy, drive end-to-end testing programs, analyze results, and propose improvements to testing cycles and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing (system/regression/acceptance/perf/automation).
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
• Translate program requirements into test objectives and plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile); DevOps integration.
• Certified by a recognized authority (SAFe/ICAgile/Tosca).
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule; assess performance.
• Build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data; deliver actionable results to government stakeholders and leadership.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
