Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a senior testing leader to supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration and automation testing. You will translate complex requirements into test objectives and own the test strategy.

The role focuses on building automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager, analyzing defects, and presenting actionable results to government stakeholders and program leadership. Strong SAFe/ICAgile experience and IT-II clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in software testing including automation and performance testing.
Experience supervising a team on complex test programs.
Experience in Agile SAFe/ICAgile environments.
Familiar with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
Develop and own the overall test strategy and schedules.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing performance against requirements.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
Recommend continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
