Job summary

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies. We seek a Senior Test Lead to supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing, translating complex requirements into clear test objectives and owning the overall test strategy.

You will design end-to-end test programs, build automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager, and report actionable results to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including system, regression, performance and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data for government stakeholders and leadership.
• Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles and security reviews.
