Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a senior test lead to direct a team of test specialists across system, regression, performance, and automation testing, translating complex requirements into clear test objectives aligned with mission outcomes. You will own the test strategy and design end-to-end programs, ensuring performance meets stated needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into test objectives and analyzing test cycles and test plans.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile) with DevOps integration.
• Automated test case development using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and procedures.
• Nationally recognized certification such as SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional or Tosca Certified User.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design end-to-end test programs and assess system performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, test plans and security reviews.
