Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator, seeks a Senior Test Lead to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing. You will translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and own the test strategy, schedules, and analysis.

You will design end-to-end test programs, assess performance against requirements, and drive improvements to test cycles and security reviews while building automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications across multiple test types.
• Experience supervising a team and managing complex test programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear test objectives and plans.
• Familiar with Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Proficient in developing automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, schedules and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and defect data; deliver actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend continual improvements to test cycles and security reviews.
